Cable insulation stripping; listed cable range 1-35 mm
Copper Recycling
| Availability: | |
|---|---|
HSNQ18KA removes insulation from suitable waste copper wire and cable for cable-recycling operations. Its listed cable diameter range is 1-35 mm, with 2.2 kW power. Suitability should be reviewed using representative cable samples rather than diameter alone.
Send clear cross-section photos or samples covering your cable mix. Conductor construction, insulation material and cable condition affect the required setup and stripping result.
| Item | Listed specification |

The listed 30 m/min figure is a linear processing rate, not a guaranteed mass throughput in kg/h. Confirm sample suitability, electrical configuration and final supplied specifications in the formal quotation.
| Review item | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Cable identification | Photos or samples showing the cable cross-section, outside diameter and condition |
| Conductor and insulation | Conductor construction, insulation material and thickness, number of cores, and any shielding or armor |
| Processing requirement | Cable mix, expected workload and desired stripping result |
| Electrical supply | Site voltage, phase and frequency |
| Quotation and trials | Quantity, destination, sample-test requirements and intended delivery schedule |
Use only disconnected, de-energized waste cable. Follow the supplied operating instructions and use trained operators.
Inspect the machine and guards before operation. Select the appropriate feed opening and keep hands, loose clothing and tools clear of cutting and feeding areas.
Remove connectors and unsuitable attachments during cable preparation before feeding.
Stop the machine, isolate its power supply and wait for all moving parts to stop before clearing a blockage, cleaning, adjusting or servicing it.
If the conductor is damaged, insulation is not released or the cable slips, stop processing and have the setup inspected according to the manufacturer instructions. Do not grind or modify blades or rollers without manufacturer-approved guidance.
Request a machine selection review: Send HSN representative cable photos or samples, diameter range, insulation details, site power supply, quantity and destination.
