A quilt filling or covering arrangement should not be assumed to include decorative quilting, final sewing, packaging or every downstream finishing operation. State which operations are required so the equipment scope and interfaces can be reviewed.
Working width, process speed, output, heating requirements, installed power and floor space depend on the agreed product and configuration. Production targets must be evaluated together with quilt size, filling weight, material and operating conditions.
