The HSN918W610W is an eight-roll textile waste recycling line with two HSN918W openers and six HSN250W cleaners. It combines continuous opening and six-stage cleaning for cotton fabric scraps, garment cutting waste, knitting waste and denim.

The HSN918W510W uses two openers and five cleaners, with reference capacity of 200-260 kg/hour. The HSN918W610W adds a sixth cleaner, with reference capacity of 220-280 kg/hour. Select the configuration according to input material, recovered fiber requirements and the complete project layout.
Cutting machines, dust filter units, baling presses and conveying arrangements can be selected to suit the project. Please confirm electrical supply, available floor space and control requirements when requesting a quotation.
Recovered fiber may be considered for rotor spinning, nonwoven production or filling applications after assessment. Yarn count and fiber quality must be evaluated for the actual input material.
