HSN918W610W Textile Waste Recycling Line is an eight-roll textile recycling system designed for opening, cleaning and recovering fiber from textile waste, garment rags, denim waste, cotton fabric waste, knitting waste and hard waste yarn.
The line is configured with 2 HSN918W openers and 6 HSN250W cleaners. Compared with a five-cleaner line, the six-cleaner configuration provides stronger cleaning performance and is suitable for customers who need cleaner recycled fiber and higher processing capacity.
The complete system can be controlled by PLC and adjusted according to different materials. A magnetic zig-zag tunnel helps improve safety and protect the recycling line from metal contamination during operation.
