<p>The line uses <strong>2 HSN918W openers</strong> and <strong>6 HSN250W cleaners</strong>. The opening section breaks and loosens hard textile waste, while the multi-stage cleaner section improves fiber cleaning and removes dust, short fibers and impurities.</p>

<p>The PLC control system makes operation easier and helps operators adjust the line according to different waste materials. A magnetic zig-zag tunnel is equipped to improve safety and protect the complete recycling system.</p>
