HSN918W510W Textile Waste Recycling Machine

  HSN918W510W Textile Waste Recycling Machine  is a complete recycling line designed for opening, cleaning and recovering fibers from cotton fabric waste, polyester waste, denim scraps, knitting waste, hard waste yarn and garment rags. 

 The line is equipped with  2 HSN918W openers  and  5 HSN250W cleaners . The openers use 600 mm licker-in rolls and chute feeding systems for efficient material opening, while the cleaners use 250 mm licker-in rolls to further clean the fiber and remove dust, short fibers and impurities. 

 The whole line can be adjusted by inverters, allowing operators to match the processing speed with different raw materials. A magnetic zig-zag tunnel is also equipped to improve safety and help protect the recycling system during operation.
