HSN918W Cotton Waste Recycling Machine is a complete textile recycling line for cotton waste, cotton fabric scraps, garment rags, denim waste and other textile waste materials. The line combines two HSN918W openers with five HSN250W cleaners to produce reusable recycled fiber.

HSN918W Cotton Waste Recycling Machine is designed for opening, cleaning and recovering fiber from cotton waste, cotton fabric scraps, garment rags, denim waste, knitting waste and other textile waste materials.

The complete line is equipped with 2 HSN918W openers and 5 HSN250W cleaners. The HSN918W openers use 600 mm licker-in rolls and chute feeding systems for efficient material opening, while the HSN250W cleaners further clean the opened fiber and remove dust, short fibers and impurities.

The line speed can be adjusted by inverters, helping operators process different cotton waste materials more smoothly. A magnetic zig-zag tunnel is also equipped to improve safety and protect the recycling system during operation.
