This two-opener arrangement combines an HSN650BW opener with an HSN600NW opener for reviewing suitable textile waste recovery for nonwoven applications. Equipment selection should be based on the actual feedstock, required fiber condition and downstream production process.
Provide representative waste photos and samples, fiber composition, fabric construction, coatings, elastane content, contamination and incoming piece size. Review sorting, cutting and removal of unsuitable non-textile objects before trials.
