Textile Waste Recycling
The HSN1060 opens suitable fabric scraps and rags for mechanical fiber recovery. It is an option for reviewing textile and garment production offcuts where the recovered fiber will be assessed for a defined reuse application.
Start with the actual waste stream: fiber blend, knitted or woven construction, coatings, incoming piece size and contamination all affect opening performance. Confirm whether cutting, sorting or additional cleaning is needed as part of the complete process.
Potential recovered-fiber uses include mattress, bedding, quilt, pillow and sofa filling. Each end use requires a material trial and acceptance criteria. This machine alone does not guarantee spinning-grade fiber or a fixed recovery quality.
