The HSNZD220 uses a reciprocating blade to shear suitable fiber feedstock to an adjustable length. Equipment selection and the required cut result are confirmed for the actual fiber and downstream process through material trials.
Send the fiber composition and form, bundle or strand dimensions, incoming length, sizing or coatings, and required cut length. Blade selection, feeding preparation and operating settings must be assessed for the actual material. Glass, carbon, polyester, polypropylene and aramid feedstocks require material-specific assessment; the same blade arrangement and operating settings must not be assumed suitable for every fiber or resin-containing composite.
The listed cutting range, frequency and hourly output are reference values, not a guarantee of the same accuracy or production rate for every fiber and cut length. Agree trial acceptance criteria before ordering.
