Textile Waste Recycling
The HSN1600B uses rotary shearing to prepare suitable garment waste for downstream recycling. Assess the actual incoming material and desired cut result before equipment selection.
Provide garment-waste fiber blends, fabric construction, coatings, elastane content, incoming size and contamination details. Review sorting and removal of buttons, zips, metal accessories and other unsuitable hard objects. Do not assume mixed used garments can be fed directly into the machine.
Agree sorting, removal of unsuitable hard objects and feeding preparation before trials. Actual cut size, throughput and downstream suitability depend on material, preparation, feeding and settings. A listed reference rate does not guarantee the same output for every waste stream.
