The HSN1200B uses rotating moving blades and fixed blades to shear suitable fishing-net waste for a defined recycling process. Assess the proposed net material and preparation requirements before equipment selection.
Provide net polymer composition, cord or twine size, mesh construction, tangling condition and contamination details. Review removal of floats, weights, metal parts and other unsuitable hard objects before trials. Do not assume unsorted recovered nets can be fed directly into the machine.
