For a feeding box project, material characteristics and machine interfaces should be reviewed together. Provide HSN with the fiber specification and a layout of the surrounding equipment so the proposed feeding arrangement can be assessed against your production requirements.

| Installation constraints | Available space, access for material loading, maintenance clearance and site photos. |
State whether the project requires buffering, metering, weighing, blending or material transfer. These are scope items to confirm and should not be assumed to be included in every feeding box.
For an existing production line, include the current feeding arrangement and the issue you want to address, such as interruptions, material accumulation or a mismatch between machine feed requirements. For a new line, include the proposed process layout and target nonwoven product.
The applicable model, working width, throughput, installed power, dimensions and control options will be confirmed for the proposed configuration. Material suitability and feeding performance depend on the agreed fiber and operating conditions.
