The HSN1200B cuts suitable fabric offcuts and textile waste by rotary shearing as preparation for a defined recycling process. Review feedstock and required cut size before final equipment selection.
Provide fabric fiber blend, woven or knitted construction, thickness, coatings, elastane content, incoming size and contamination details. Identify seams, hard accessories or other unsuitable objects that require preparation or removal. Evaluate the proposed feeding condition and cut result through representative trials.
Agree sorting and removal of unsuitable hard objects before trials. Cut size, throughput and downstream suitability depend on the actual feedstock, preparation, feeding and settings; the reference output is not a guarantee for every material.
