Textile Waste Recycling
| Availability: | |
|---|---|
The HSNZD800 uses reciprocating guillotine shearing and an inverter-controlled input conveyor to cut suitable fabric waste into smaller pieces before downstream processing.
For woven, knitted or nonwoven offcuts, provide fabric composition, construction, thickness, incoming dimensions, coatings and contamination details. Agree sorting, feeding preparation and blade suitability before trials. Elastic, coated or laminated materials require specific assessment.
Define the target cut result, acceptable length variation, hourly output and next processing stage. Cutting prepares material for recycling; it does not itself open or clean fibers. The listed capacity is material-dependent rather than a universal output guarantee.

The listed configuration does not include an output conveyor or its drive motor. Confirm blade lifting arrangement, controls, guards, interlocks and electrical supply in the final technical offer. Supplied configuration and layout must be agreed for the actual project.
Provide space for feeding, discharge, maintenance and material handling. Confirm dust extraction requirements for the actual feedstock. Packing dimensions, shipping gross weight and container requirements are confirmed separately for the actual shipment.
Send your country, material photos and samples, fiber type and form, target cut length, required hourly output, downstream process, power supply and available space. Plan material collection for the configuration without an output conveyor; any additional discharge equipment must be separately agreed in the supply scope.
Price, delivery, installation support and warranty terms are quoted for the agreed project scope and confirmed in the formal quotation and contract.
